Do you work with both plaintiff and defense teams?

I exclusively work on the plaintiff side for most cases. However, in contract disputes or complex litigation matters, I may work with either side depending on the specifics of the case.

What’s the first step in working with you?

We start with a discovery call to learn about your case, timeline, and goals. From there, we recommend the right services, whether that’s jury research, case framing, or trial prep, and map out a plan to support your team.

How far in advance should I reach out before trial?

The sooner the better. While we do take urgent cases when possible, early collaboration allows us to conduct research, prep witnesses, and shape strategy with the greatest impact.
